Las Vegas casino coffee shops only occasionally resemble coffee shops at all. Many of them are rather elegant, have extensive menus, and feature outstanding food. While many Vegas "gourmet rooms" are heavily overpriced, their coffee shops tend to be excellent values. Plus, they are open 24 hours a day, and many have pretty good coffee.

IMnotsoHO, the finest grub in all of Las Vegas. Their quesidillas are the best I've ever had (and I'm from New Mexico), as are the BBQ Duck pot stickers. I can also heartily recommend the Shrimp Scampi, Mongolian Fajitas, Burgers, Cheesecake, and Chocalate Cake. Better, the portions are enormous and prices reasonable. The service is a friendly, confused, chaotic mess, but presumably will improve.
